Haematology Key Account Manager – Field Based (Ireland)

As a Haematology Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting licensed haematology products within your assigned territory, working closely with key stakeholders across the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and communicate the value of licensed haematology products to key healthcare professionals, including hospital physicians, nurses, pharmacists, payors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively positioning products and ensuring their appropriate use.
- Develop and execute robust territory and account plans in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues.
- Manage and develop key accounts in line with company strategy and individual customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships to support successful product promotion.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support product launches and ongoing brand growth.
About You
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the science behind haematology therapies.
- Proven experience as a Therapeutic Specialist or Key Account Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Recent experience in a hospital-based haematology sales role.
- Demonstrated track record of consistent sales success.
- Proficient in using modern digital tools to support multi-channel engagement.
- Ability to identify, access, and influence key decision-makers within a territory.
Desirable Experience
- Prior experience working specifically within haematology.
- Involvement in hospital specialty care product launches.
- Understanding of haematology stakeholders, funding pathways, and the local healthcare system.
- Awareness of environmental, health, and safety considerations related to the role.
