Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and resilient Key Account Manager to drive the adoption of our clients innovative medical device solutions. This role focuses on working closely with community pharmacies across Ireland to onboard them onto our clients new e-commerce platform, build brand awareness, and promote product value.
The KAM will be integral in both strategizing and shaping our clients value proposition with the main aim to support the needs of community pharmacies, whilst maintaining and growing the sales of our clients product portfolio.
With an entrepreneurial mindset, the successful candidate will be responsible for positioning our clients brand as ‘Best in Class’, with the primary aim of ensuring it becomes the ‘First Choice’ treatment option for pharmacies and their patients.
Key Responsibilities

Increase awareness of and drive adoption of our client’s e-commerce platform.

Provide both remote and in person support to help Community Pharmacies to set up accounts and onboard onto our clients online ordering platform, so as to ensure pharmacies take direct ownership of ordering/accessing products.

Support the development and execute sales and marketing strategies that build brand awareness and promote the value of our client’s medical device(s) to the retail sector.

Help devise and implement e-commerce strategies.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity with the aim to present ideas/concepts that drive sales growth.

Promote and demonstrate product features and benefits to Healthcare Professionals, highlighting competitive advantages and value proposition.

Support our client in shaping commercial offerings that are fully compliant and that incentivise community pharmacies to source products directly and increase overall product usage.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise sales opportunities.

Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and all other KPIs.

Represent our client at trade shows, exhibitions, and pharmacy events.

Collaborate with colleagues, supporting the wider sales team where needed.

Experience Required
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical sales or a similar commercial sales environment.

Exposure to or experience of managing/leading marketing activities.

Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or medical devices is desirable.
-
E-commerce sales experience is an advantage, though not essential.
