General Operator – Steripack  
 

• Position Type: Temporary Role for 3 Months initially
• Shift Pattern: Two-Shift Cycle (40 Hours per week. 8:00am to 4pm /4-12pm Monday to Friday)
• Shift Allowance: Included

This is a full-time, weekday role based at SteriPack’s modern facility in Mullingar.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out assembly, inspection, and packaging of medical devices.

• Work to strict GMP, health & safety, and cleanroom standards.

• Follow detailed work instructions and production documentation.

• Meet daily/weekly targets while maintaining top quality.

• Support continuous improvement and collaborate with your team.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to stay focused and work to deadlines.

• Leaving Certificate or hands-on manufacturing experience.

• Previous experience in medical device, pharma, or electronics assembly is a plus.

• Positive, proactive approach with a commitment to learning and improvement.
