Role Title: Senior HR Business Partner
Role Type: Permanent
Location: Mullingar, Ireland
Our Client is an international company working in the Engineering industry. They are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner, on a full-time, permanent basis. The role reports to the Head of HR and will support the HR and Payroll team. This role will cover:
Recruitment and Onboarding, Employee Engagement, L&D , Career Development, Total Rewards, ER & IR, Employment Law, Compliance, and Reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implementing the HR Strategy in line with the Company Values, Strategy & Operational goals.
- Leading and managing HR Operations; ensuring all HR standards are maintained in line with all Irish employment law regulations, entitlements and WRC inspections.
- Ensuring the development and updating of HR, Recruitment and Payroll related policies & procedures are in line with ROI employment legislative requirements; providing guidance to Managers and employees on the fair and consistent application of policies, procedures and legal requirements.
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all employee related data; ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Creating and managing monthly/weekly reports e.g. absenteeism; HR service delivery KPI’s and headcount reports; turnover rates, surveys, recruitment and payroll.
- Providing meaningful management information and analysis & recommendations in support of the business operations.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 3+ years’ working experience as HR Business Partner/HR Generalist
- Experience in performance management processes, employee engagement, Recruitment, HR & Payroll practices and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Irish and UK employment law
