Territory Manager - GP's

Territory Manager - GP - North Dublin 
Part-time 3 days per week

You will be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining key customers by comprehending their requirements and building strong customer relationships to deliver sales targets. The focus will primarily be in Primary Care with some Secondary care activities. The overall goal is to contribute to developing business in an exciting and growing therapeutic area.

Key Objectives :

Sales:

-Achieve sales goals and objectives consistent with company objectives

-Create and execute territory plans to achieve stretching targets for the growth of a new product in the area of women’s health

-Maintain a superior level of market and product knowledge to accomplish territory objectives, identifying and developing valued customer relations

-Demonstrate expert skill level with customer facing responsibilities, critical thinking, analysis, planning and execution.

-Devise and propose innovative ideas to win and maintain business.

Budgeting:

-Manage the territory budget and accurately report budget activity to your management.

Communication:
-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key healthcare professionals in the relevant therapeutic area  

-Plan, execute, measure and share strategic territory plans including the development of fresh initiatives

-Provide all necessary and requested field data on a timely basis.

-Actively demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, ethical behaviour and integrity in all aspects of your role.
-Recognise and demonstrate sensitivity to and maintain a level of confidentiality as required both internally and externally.
-Maintain an excellent level of continuous-improvement, personal and professional growth to grow territory sales and accomplish territory objectives
- Maintain an expert operating knowledge of all company policies and guidelines including those addressing interactions with healthcare professionals, Compliance and Business Conduct

Requirements: Qualifications

-Science based / business based degree
-Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical/health care industry with demonstrated success in sales performance.  Hospital experience is desirable
-Experience in Women’s Health markets desirable 
-Experience selling in private setting ( non- GMS) is an advantage
