Pharmacy Territory Manager – Role Specification - Dublin North

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve cycle-specific sales objectives, including value, volume, distribution, product positioning, and visibility.

  • Maximise promotional execution to disrupt and influence the customer’s path to purchase.

  • Ensure stores maintain sufficient stock levels to guarantee product availability at all times.

  • Execute effective category solutions that deliver best-in-class displays and help our products stand out on-shelf.

  • Educate pharmacy counter assistants and pharmacists on product features and benefits, encouraging informed recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain a well-structured journey plan to optimise key performance indicators (KPIs), including call rates, selling conversations, and order generation.

  • Complete all role-related administration accurately and punctually, as required or directed by your line manager.

  • Maintain frequent and timely communication with your line manager and the sales support team.

  • Accurately record all in-field activities on a daily basis.

  • Identify and act on opportunities to grow sales within your territory.

  • Perform any other reasonable duties relevant to the role, as requested by your manager.

Professional Competencies & Experience:

  • Experience selling to pharmacy accounts is preferred.

  • Prior use of a CRM system in a field sales context is advantageous.

  • A working knowledge of the pharmacy or healthcare industry is beneficial.

Qualifications:

  • A good general standard of education, including proficiency in Maths and English.
