Position:  Technical Account Manager – Munster
Location: Hybrid (Client-facing across Munster, with occasional visits to our Dublin office)
Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday


My Client specialise in product marking, labelling, and vision inspection systems for the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and FMCG sectors. Our solutions enable leading manufacturers to ensure compliance, traceability, and quality throughout every stage of production.
We’re now looking for a Technical Account Manager to take ownership of the Munster region, ideally someone with a strong technical background and proven experience in these industries.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across Munster Region
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through strategic outreach
  • Delivering technical product demonstrations and collaborating on tailored automation solutions
  • Working closely with our engineering team to scope projects and prepare accurate quotations
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs including revenue targets, client meetings, and pipeline development
  • Representing at trade shows, supplier training sessions, and industry events

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical sales or account management
  • Industry experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable but not must.
  • Educational background in engineering or a technical discipline is preferred; candidates with strong business development experience will also be considered
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage a territory, and take initiative
  • A full, clean EEA driving license with flexibility to travel across the region

Note: The successful candidate must hold full working status for Ireland, ensuring eligibility for employment in the country.
